I personally find Dorothy Parker to be very humorous, and I enjoyed the story as well. I loved the random comparison of the dance to playing football; this just made it funnier yet. I prefer to read things like this rather than about someone that lived or is living a hard life, because I like to try to stay on the optimistic side of life as much as I can managem and sad stories tear me down. But yes, I must say I adore Dorothy's sarcastic ways because they resemble my own.

i thought this was so funny. i can completely realate to that.. which was the only one of all the stories. dorothy parker was great. i have to agree with ms. pruitte. i'd love to read her biography i think it would be hilarious.
