i was reading my Seventeen magazine (yeah, i know i still read them, i'm a dork) and Lauren Conrad, whom i loovvee (and that too is probably dorky!) said that when she read the Great Gatsby in high school that she loved it and it inspired her and gave her an appreciation for 1930's style. So it'll be neat to look for that with that background info!

I'm rather disappointed in myself because I started to read this book this summer, but I chose otherwise. Oh well...at least I won't be bored to death through out this section in english I guess?
