a real friend, or lover, will always be there for you, even when they have to et up at 6 AM on their day off just because of something stupid that totally broke you in two...and they will never let you cry alone....i also leaned that those people are hard to find, and that once you do find them you better keep them, because they will be your everything and the best thing in your life...

I just learned that in the legislative process, a bill must be read three time prior to being voted on and sent out of a commitee and sent to the House and/or Senate. I have learned so much through this Marion County Youth Leadership program as we work on getting our bill passed. I greatly encourage you all to look into the progress of this; it's been in the news, on television, etc. It is very interesting, and you really do learn a ton. You can also get a copy of the bill on a website where WV Bills are tracked. Just google west virginia bill tracking, then search either the bill number which is the subject of this thread or the date it was introduced on the floor, which was 2/14/08. Let me or CJ know if you have any questions about it; we'd be glad to tell you more! :)
